Arda Guler, a Turkish footballer who has been playing for several clubs in Europe and Asia, is known for his goalscoring prowess. Born on July 14, 1985, Guler started his career with the Süper Lig club İstanbul Başakşehir before moving to German Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt.

In 2007, he signed a contract with Italian Serie A club AC Milan but did not make a single appearance for them. However, he managed to score 12 goals in just six games during his time at Milan. This performance was enough to earn him a move to French Ligue 1 side AS Saint-Etienne.

After a successful spell at Saint-Etienne, Guler moved to Turkish giants Istanbul Basaksehir in 2010. There he scored 26 goals in 32 appearances during his first season with the team. In 2012, he moved to German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund where he played for three seasons before leaving for English Premier League side Manchester United.

During his time at Manchester United, Guler made 34 appearances in all competitions and scored 13 goals. He also helped the Red Devils win the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup. Despite his success, Guler faced criticism from fans and teammates for his high expectations that were too high for his skill level.

Despite these challenges, Guler remained committed to improving his game and eventually became one of the best goalkeepers in the world. He is now a key player for Manchester City and has won numerous awards including the FIFA World Player of the Year award.
